Montana – The Montana Secretary of State's office announced certain changes to its services effective October 1, 2008. These include the following: (1) the fee for copies of UCC documents will be $5, (2) forms were added for tribal lien filings, (3) only one debtor name per UCC search request form will be permitted, and (4) only one amendment per UCC amendment form will be permitted.
