WHAT'S NEW	FUNCTION	BENEFIT
Search made simpler
New UCC Results Page	UCC Summary and Detail pages have been combined to create a new comprehensive UCC Search Results Page with more options.	Reduce the number of steps to view UCC results, and new options allow for easy slicing and reporting of the data.
Business Name Search	Business Name Search has been added to the Home Page.	Provides immediate access to the Business Name Search after login, and searches will be saved in the Search/Order Portfolio.
Search/Order Portfolio Actions	Order copies or create new search or filing orders from a UCC search which is saved in the Search/Order Portfolio.	Use a saved search to order copies or to create a filing order, instead of retyping the data.
iLien Recommended Search Key	Enter the entire business or individual name, and then iLien will recommend a truncated search key.	Helps you enter better search keys for more thorough results.
Your Representative	A button to view contact info for your account team representatives has been added to the tool bar.	Quick access from any page for a list of whom to call for help.
New Options for Order Copies Page	List of Copies Ordered has been added to the Order Copies page, with an e-mail delivery option.	Review and deselect any copies ordered, without having to return to the Search Results page.
UCC Copies Order Confirmation Page	Order Confirmation page will be provided when copies are ordered and will be saved to the Search/Order Portfolio.	Provides order number and confirmation that the order has been received by the system.
Redesigned Home Page	Separate filing and search order alerts, filing on hold alert and links to documents.	Items on the Home Page are easier to find and viewable without scrolling.
Folder Default	Default value can be selected or entered for the folder.	Folder data no longer need to be entered with every search order.
Managing cost
E-mail Notification Enhancements	Added Search Name/Key, Reference Fields, Order Description and Service Representative's Name and Contact Information.	Eases matching of e-mail notifications and orders to appropriate loan or file.
Fee Estimator	Fee Estimator is also now available for Online Searches.	View and pnnt fees, for easy tracking when fees are charged back to the borrower or client.
$ Sign on "Charge" Buttons	$ signs are added to the buttons which will incur a charge.	Know exactly when you will be charged for a selected service in iLien.
Duplicate Search Notification	UCC search option which checks the portfolio for any duplicate searches which may have already been ordered.	Notification is provided before any search charges occur, eliminating the need to check the search portfolio before performing a search.

Customizable Links	Provide custom links for your most common activities such as ordering real property releases [MDPS) and flood determinations.	You are only one click away from your most frequent activities in iLien.
Login Page Preference	Option to select which page to load after login.	Immediate access to your most frequently used transaction page in iLien.
Staying ahead of the curve
Currency Dates	Currency dates for online search data will be provided when a search jurisdiction is selected.	Additional steps are no longer needed to view a database's currency date.
Currency Alert	An alert will be shown when UCC data are not current within 30 days. Managers can also change the number of days for the alert. The alert has a link to the Order Documents page.	Implements CTIS best practice of recommending manual searches if data currency isn't within 30 days. Can be customized by client, and any data that have been entered will be carried over to the Order Documents page.
Jurisdiction Info	Jurisdiction Info box has been added to the Search Public Records page.	Important info about CTLS data will be provided in the Jurisdiction Information section on this page.
Company Policy	A company policy or message can be entered by users with managerial rights and will then appear on the Search Public Records page.	Allows managers to communicate consistent messages to all the users in their groups.
Message Center	Link added to the tool bar which stores Hot News items and each user's e-mail notifications.	Provides access to service and product updates and e-mail notifications from any page.
